Officially signed for QPR, Hope he does great cos i really like the guy. Best of luck big man.
If nothing else its another 3million our academy has produced, should be a lot more in my opinion though.

Hope he does brilliantly there. Better player than Savic but still not good enough at CB for where we are going. Hope he comes back & follows City in the future when his career eventually finishes, as he's always loved the club.

Bargain, for them and needless sale which IMHO weakens the squad, better than Savic and Kolarov all day long.

He is at city 15 years according to mcfc.co.uk, such a shame, teds right hes not good enough for where we want to be but hes good enough to be a backup centre half for where we are now in comparison to whats here at the moment.

Where we are mate is Everton away and back post Ned against Cahill or Kolarov does not bode well, Ted is right, Ned maybe short of it but so is JL, Savic, Zabba, and the Left back who just jogs around. 3MILL 26/1 what is the point.

Thought we might have got a bit more for him. Good deal for QPR.
Ended his career with us on Soccer A.M. His mother going to the papers about Cook didn't help. Can't say I'm sorry to see him go.
I'll bet Kia has made a tidy sum out of this.

Good luck to him.
Maybe we can/will act now we got him off the wage bill?

Assuming Micah is now a right back, that's our 4th best centre half sold and that's being a bit harsh, as he's different than Lescott and Kolo and for some games, would have been my preference over them.
Soccer AM outburst was daft and I'm sure something he will regret looking back on it. But good luck to him with QPR, think he will start to look a bargain by the end of the season once he's had a run of games. Hope we don't regret selling him on that last day.

Indeed, wish him well but he's had 'potential for over a decade now.

Sorry to see him go. Always liked the lad and thought was never given a good run to prove himself. Remember him at CB in the 2nd half of Hughes' first season and he was tremendous. Always liked him at RB and remember the virtuoso goal (don't remember the match) he scored all on his own in that season.
Another bad Mancini decision to go along those of Bellamy and Ade but at least this one will not bite back (not at QPR) !
All the best Ned.

Big shame he has gone. Always liked him.
But he wasn't getting a chance.
So good luck to him.
And I quite like 'The Hoops'

I think any other manager wouldn't have sold him, very useful back up and seemed content to play a smaller role in the squad. Solid player, he is better than QPR's level.
Shame about the Soccer AM and mother/Cook thing, nails in the coffin.
Good luck to him, and a massive thanks for being with us for 8 years.

I like Ned as a person. True blue!
But he's not a top class footballer, which is what we are looking for. Better than Savic? Perhaps.
But look back at his spell at Sunderland ... he hardly set the Prem alight, like Joe did at Brum or like Micah would have done by pretty much any club.
