Makes us look paranoid saying this kind of stuff all the time but i believe in a level playing field, regardless of team, race or nationality. Just because your paranoid does not mean your wrong.

If arsenal were 3 points clear of the rags you can gauranfuckingtee he would of been slapped with a ban.

It wasn't as bad as Joleon's and he didn't get a ban so I don't think we can complain too much. People need to stop whining at every little thing.

100% this, Lescott got off, so why should RVP be done? Just like Cabaye has now been reported for his stamp as did Balotelli. The world isn't out to get us in my opinion.

The reason Lescott 'got off' is because he didn't do anything wrong. He stuck his arm against the bloke's shoulder to protect himself from a 7 foot monster heading toward him & the impact caused it to bounce off , making it look as if he changed direction deliberately. It 's another example of the problem with slomo replays. If he'd done it, he'd be banned, make no mistake.

Van Persie elbowed the geezer in the face after checking where his head was. Different.

Absolutely.
It is as clear a case of double standards as you will see. The fact Cabaye has been charged and yet one of the Golden boys from the select few clubs hasn't just adds to the sense of injustice I already feel.

3 match ban same as Ballotelli - before someone starts Mario got an extra game as he'd already been sent off this season, Cabaye has not

The ref saw it so the FA can't do anything about it. The ref didn't have numerous camera angles to help decide. The one angle he had, he decided it wasn't worthy of any action, so he didn't give RVP anything. In the Lescott case, the ref didn't see anything so the FA looked at it. They decided it wasn't worthy of any action. Tell me where the FA conspiracy is in this?

Ultimately, we all saw footage of RVP clearly look behind him and elbow the guy in the chops. We have also seen Mario from all angles which are still inconclusive. It is also debatable as to whether Webb saw the incident as some angles appear to show Webb looking at it and waving the game on.
No matter how you dress it up, Van Persie has got away with smacking Cuellar. Mario was found guilty and banned on less convincing evidence.
