This is for all the lickers

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

This is for all the lickers

Postby Fidel Castro » Tue Jan 31, 2012 10:26 pm

Sparky has made two great signings in Cisse and Zamora, which will save QPR from relegation.

Mancini on the other hand, has made a signing in the one department we don't need. No strikers, so when we are chasing games we have to rely on Kolarov and Nigel to give us that cutting edge.

I'm better than Jay Bothroyd.

Mancini would have signed DeRossi if the powers that be had let him. We chose the wrong moment to give in to the accountants.

Hughes is a terrible manager and a bitter man. What we need are our best strikers to strike instead of going on mazy runs up their own arses.

To be fair to Leslie, he's pulled in some players which will probably keep them up.

I think Mancini has ZERO room to whine about bringing more signings in mate..hes spent enough to get us to where we are and has spent enough to keep us there.
The rest is down to him and the bunch of spineless cunts he had out on the pitch tonight.

Progressing the team this fast isn't easy. It wasn't easy for Hughes & it's not easy for Bob; you only find this shit out when the players are put to the test. It's the fuck ups that build the team & the manager. We usually sack the manager whilst he's learning what needs fixing.

Cisse is shite. Zamora's a good buy. We could have done with his aggression tonight. I still feel though that we could do with a really pacy winger to change things up when we're firing blanks.

He's in his best form for a long time and he scored again tonight like he did against City last week.

dunno how much of it is "mancini failing" and how much of it is player utterly under performing and not doing what is asked of them. Of course, in the end it's on the manager, no arguing with that ... but this month of January has been a little harsh on us and on mancini. Bobby can hardly be blamed for the ref fuckups and kompany (now balo) suspended for 4 games, can he?

In the end, mancini will take the criticism, but I would hope there will be more than a few players who feel extreme guilt for that fact.

Apparently, Mancini said it was his fault because he didn't prepare the team correctly, believing beating Everton would be an easier task than happened.

Sorry Mancio but that is bullshit. We have all read the daily Doug reports and know that just ain't true.

WHICH LEAVES THE PLAYERS.....Everyone of whom is more than well aware of what is necessary. Every City player will have known before going on the pitch what they were going to face. An Everton team that was going to bully and beef their way through the game, give 1% and battle for everything. Any player who was unproffessional enough NOT to prepare HIMSELF for the battle is not worthy of being a pro footballer.

All players/treams get knocked over....The Champion footballers go nose to nose with the challenge, rise to the occasionand when they get knocked over, they get up and come back harder. Chamions don't know how to lose. Not just ames but all those little battles during the 90minsthat take place all over the pitch.

Champions have mental strength

that's Roberto trying, weakly, to deflect from the team and onto himself.

The spectre of Jose is, once again for him, looming, and you'd expect him to do with his what he did with his at Inter, which is for those suffering short-term memory loss, to come into a side that is jampacked with fantastic players, add a couple in and a couple out, and play football that wins trophies...a bunch of them.

Roberto has lost his mind, and i feel badly that he's letting it show. It's hurting our team. Always cool as a cucumber, i didn't expect him to comport himself this way in Jan with all the card waving, excuses and "i didn't prepare the team" bollox. He's smarter than this.

We're so close...he needs to take a deep breath, have a glass of wine, get balls deep in some vagina and have a good chill the fucl out for a minute and regroup.
