Does that picture really need any comments?

Depending on the context of that pic and how/if it becomes widely circulated and reported on, it could open a huge can of worms.

Why has that hateful little dick Hernandez got his huge, vast, cavernous gob open as wide as it can possibly go in every picture?

Heard the acid comment yesterday that Howard Webb was "deadly in the box" and that he was one of Fergiescum's most trusted lieutenants.

In the picture, he's obviously euphoric at being able to do a good job for his mentor and paymaster, get his brown envelope (suitably bulging) and bask in the overall excitement and glory of the moment......
