Well we all know who he is now.

Plus he is the sort of person who would rather keep a shit run down company probably employing 2 people, instead of taking some money for himself to go and invest in a new company to employ more people, while the land he sells is maximised to its potential, brings in even more employment, tidies up the area and probably get his wife a job as a tea lady.

Shame about the railway behind Scums south stand, looks like that bit will never be expanded.

He's a con merchant. Obviously bought the land to make a fast buck years ago and it didn't work. What he's now doing is trying to make it a city v rags thing to maximise the money he'd get compared to the compulsory purchase, which will happen. They can all pay what they want but it won't increase the value of it and they'll all get the same through CPO which will be less than £250.

But hey if they're daft enough to buy it then so be it. Suspect he'll be getting a visit from the men in black too once they realise they're our of pocket. Pathetic how desperate they're becoming

The article mentions a compulsory purchase order - maybe someone with more understanding of law could comment, but I would presume if he tries his little scam after one of those is issued he will be defrauding anyone who buys from him. He's an opportunist trying to cash in on a football rivalry by the sounds of it.

Proper scam that, the bloke is just in it for himself.

Loads of reds will end up out of pocket, let them waste their money by all means but a CPO will be issued, we won't be stopped.
