Lawro Predicts, What Say You?

He says a lot about Villa then a simple paragraph to say we'll win. And Carlos, get out of here!

Aston Villa v Man City (1600 GMT)

I was quite impressed with Villa in their 2-1 defeat by Newcastle last weekend - I thought they should have got something from the game.

Robbie Keane is proving pretty elusive to pick up in that deeper forward role they use him in, behind Darren Bent.

Keane is enjoying his football and I wouldn't be surprised if he is ruing his decision to go back to Los Angeles Galaxy at the end of the month because he has convinced himself and everybody else over the last few weeks that he is good enough to play in the Premier League for another 18 months, especially in that position.

Bent has started scoring again too, but I just fancy Manchester City here. They should be too strong for Villa in every department and, with Yaya and Kolo Toure both back soon from the Africa Cup of Nations, we might just see them kick on now after a difficult few weeks.

Speaking of players returning, I'm still convinced there is a part to play for Carlos Tevez for City between now and the end of the season. He has been registered as a player again, so it's a possibility.

Prediction: 1-2

Do you agree as personally I can't see them scoring.

4-0 to City. Dzeko x 2 and Aguero the same.

Name the score.

Bent and Keane always score against us, but their defence (especially at full back) has been awful lately. 2-3.

Really really nervous about this one. Haven't been able to shit right for two days. Hopefully normal service will resume after a solid result. I'm a bit browned off with refs ruling against us lately. I hope we don't scutter our chance to go top. Especially with spuds close behind in turd.

O-2 would doo doo for me.

I'm hoping we flush down their hopes of grabbing a point early on.

I hope a minutes silence will be observed for Shitney Houston.

I reckon the match will be abandoned after Madonna tries to play at halftime. But I do hope that City win 0-3 Pizarro hat trick.

On a more somber note;

Following the sad and sudden death of Whitney, Bobby Brown has now been found dead, he left a suicide note saying " two can play that game "

I hate it when I see Bent's name in the line-up, he always seems to score against us.

Well the rags are 1 point above us and we are away. So the ref will do his best to keep them there.

Need aguero to get his head up when he has the ball and dzeko to be in the box. That way the ref can go suck a donkey arse and we can win 5-2

Sooner or later, we have to hit form again. Why not today ?

Let's have 4-1.

Here's my prediction:

2-8

Bent and Keane will score for them, Dzeko and Aguero hat-tricks, Silva and Nasri for us. ;)

Ireland has been slowly improving too, but if we can keep their chances limited and score first, the crowd will turn on them and we should be ok. 1-2
