Because it's my first Poll I thought I'd be greedy and make 2 choices. What are yours?

I went for Barry and Lescott, thought they were both immense.

Lescott had a great game and is a worthy candidate. Still worries me when he has the ball at his feet though

Has to be Joe Hart for me. He was still awake when everyone else was intent on throwing two points away.

Lescott and Hart for me, thought that was one of Lescotts better games and Hart made a crucial save during a difficult Villa attack.

I thought Joleon was excellent and the goal rounded his performance off nicely

I was surprised and delighted Barry got MotM on the telly. Lescott for me as I thought he defended really well, even covering Vinnie on occasion and the goal was the icing on the cake(especially as he cleared instead of scoring a little while earlier.)

Barry was soild and good to see Nigel play so well. There was an efficiency in the team today I thought and it just lacked bit of quality in the final 3rd or maybe just the odd extra body up there when needed.

In all seriousness, I didn't know who to pick. When Gazbaz got the bubbly I didn't think he deserved it (though I thought he had a good game) as i was thinking more 'standout' performance, but trying to pick someone more deserving is extremely difficult.

Fair shout. He played as well as anyone and bagged the winner. Can't ask for much more than that.In fact, thinking about it, if I was Joleon, I'd be thinking Barry owed me a bottle of champagne!

If you mean that moment half way through the second half where he juggled with the ball near the touch line and then passed it to Milner(?) then yes I did. Unfortunately moments like that are a rarity

Today Barry was really impressive for me in all the game and now that Yaya will come back to Eastlands what a wonderful Blue Moon midfield we'll have again!

I could not have put it better myself. Barry was a class act today. I saw one bad pass from him today but overall he had a solid performance in the middle. Admittedly, Hart and Lescott also had a good game but Barry tipped it for me.
