Any idea what's happened there? Have they restricted membership because it's got too big for their servers to handle? I have noticed quality has gone down a fair bit in the last few months.

Surely they will open up again soon, I remember they have done this before.

its been like that for at least 4 months. I can only assume it is one of two things;

1) not enough server capacity/bandwith to cope with demand
2) doesnt want to get caught streaming the games

Don't know what they have put in place recently to prevent sharing accounts, but I lent someone my login recently and it wouldnt work for them.

www.flashsportstreams.tv is same idea as lof, it costs about the same and has all the sky sports on the go 23 hours a day.

I think they check the ip address. I sometimes view on PS3 and sometimes PC. Whenever I change i have to log in my details fresh again.

I suspected it had changed hands again, because at the same time as the quality changed and extra servers per channel disappeared they also changed from paypal to google checkout for payment.

I know, my card has been declined each time I have renewed lately followed 10secs later by a phone call from the bank.

Just asked my mate about the other service above, apparently is bang on, bit dearer at £20 for 6 months, but it saves keep having problems when my card is rejectd 2 mins before an important game which has happened twice now.

They will allow up to two ip addresses to be used on one account, so not to have folk just lending out their log ins. You can however tell them to flog it up on your account if your away, they told me that they will allow this for one off's. Membership will open again soon. Quality wise I have never had poor quality once in two years, though a couple of times lately I had difficulty signing in on the ps3.

The quality has definitely gone down lately. A few months ago I recommended the site to loads of people but over the last month some of the quality has been below standard. It is still probably better than most internet streams (and no trojans) but the feed freezes about 3 or 4 times in a typical match. My Dad uses the same site from another part of the country and he has noticed the same. I took a 12 month subscription out and although it is probably still good value for money compared to Sky/ESPN it can be very frustating!

Whats the quality like Dub? I see they have an HQ option for viewing. Does it stop/start at all?

If it was better than LOF I would give it a try, but I've just subscribed to LOF for another 60 days so I won't be doing both.

It is quite similar. Flashsports have the SkY sports channels and some others fox soccer etc on all the time, well for 23 hours a day.

Maybe this should go in off topic before the internet police see it and shut both the sites down and we end up with no streams.
