Mind games

Started weeks ago from our noisy neighbours. I can't look at a sports website now without old man Herbert or one of his little boys telling everyone how we are going to bottle the league and how experienced they are at winning it. Glad to see we are just getting our heads down and getting on with bagging vital points. It's only being at the summit that you really get to understand how sad it is that the media holds them up on a pedestal when they are the most unsportsmanlike of teams. It will be nice to see a team with the league by footballing talent alone and not underhand mind games ran through the ever willing media.

Does my head in that's it's so blatantly ignored though.

What's really bugging me lately is the ignoring of Rooney running into refs faces on camera. The commentators just say nothing or bring up a new point. They were more than happy to replay bobby waving a card twice until the world thought he did it automatically like a nervous twitch, yet ignore that fat headed shitbag every fucking week.

Oh how I wish the smelly scouse cunt would die.

Mind games?

1. We don't play them because we don't need to
2. We have Mancini - he is immune to them
3. We are Man City and we are impeccable

What winds me up is some of the rag cunts on other forums completely in denial about the mind games. Not just against us but take the Suarez case. The tramp did just enough to fuck him over without appearing to get involved, but he orchestrated the entire scenario. Piss soaked cunt. They are going to crumble so badly when he leaves/dies. Hope it's soon. Before April would be nice

No thanks - want him fully in charge when they finish below us this season, so there's no excuse. He can stay in charge for the next few seasons as they finish below us as well.

Couldn't agree more, him being there having to accept second best will make it all the sweeter.

Mind games are only effective if the target takes any notice of them. I don't think there is anything that anyone can do in England that is any worse than anything done in Italy and Mancini is well versed in their antics.
Mancini will have our players mentally sorted out.

Taggart used to get up my nose but since I started imagining his pronouncements as similar to the wino on Market Street, decanting his metholated spiritual beverage from some magically waterproof brown paper bag....I find him sad but vaguely amusing.

It amazes me that so many experienced like Wenger, king Kennyet al...still take that shit on board and don't just laugh, call his bluff and bluster and show him to be the idiot he is.

It is also a sign of a manager who is fearful and does not have the confidence in his players to finish the job on the pitch.

All their mind games and we are still top. We just need agent Ade to cancel out agent Gibson's work.
