I presume he was replaced yesterday because of injury, as he was playing really well?
Any news on the nature and severity of the injury?

Mancini said he was injured on MOTD, he certainly went off with no messing about

Mancini kinda made it sound like he thought Pablo would be out for awhile and we'd be lucky to get Micah back by Thursday..
Kolo could be our RB vs. Sporting....or worse yet, Savic.

I'd honestly forgotten about Savic!

He looked understandably rusty for a bit (made a few errors) but played himself into the game.

Thought Kolo looked incredibly nimble going forward but extremely lead footed defensively! If he was just rusty then I'd have no problem putting him in again on thursday.
Out of curiosity who plays right back for the EDS? Anyone who could make the step up in an emergency?

not the end of the world we have loads of options, Kolo Savic milner or clichy(who is naturally right footed) so im not worried. Its not a time to blood a youngster like suggested above imo.

Agree we have a ton of options but Clichy naturally right footed - wtf? If he's naturally right footed, then my arse is a the Real Madrid coaching staff.

A quick look on Wiki suggests this:
"
Though initially right-foot dominant, he primarily plays as a left back that is also capable of playing as an offensive-minded wingback."Wiki is never wrong, is it? :-)

Lol. As if this is even a debate. He's so obviously left footed!
Referencing Wiki as a source is embarrassing. I could edit it now and say that he doesn't use his feet and in fact he plays with his tongue.

Referencing Wiki is not embarrassing. Fairly accurate most of the time.

On this issue it is. Anyone who has to check wiki to see what foot a starter uses needs help.

its not a case to see what foot he uses as its obv he uses his left its a case of seeing what he was naturally, hence the debate and i had heard it somewhere else too that isnt wiki. Gamst pedersen is the same plays left wing and take everything with his left foot but is naturally right footed, his father(i think) knew he would have a better chance of being a pro if he was left footed so drilled it into him so much that his left foot became stronger than his right. True story. I had heard the same thing for clichy.

Any chance of a couple of tickets to a real match??;)

Would I be here today if I had been right-footed?

Sounds nasty. Though if you have your finger in your ring when jumping over high fences it's always a risk.

Good story. Have you actually watched him play?
He uses his right leg for standing on and its used for crossing/passing/shooting as much as Lescott uses his right one. If Clichy has a decent right peg, then its time to unleash it as a surprise weapon on the Prem as he's kept it brilliantly hidden for the past 7 years.
