What is it with him? Twitchy didn't use him with filth in a huge game for Spurs, instead he starts from the first minute with the mighty Stevenage?

Parker? The Chimp? Have you not noticed a slight resemblance between Bale and Planet of The Apes?

Miraculously it started Saturday night and he's well enough to play today.

And R VdV started tonight. I hope the spineless Spurs Wankers go into freefall in the league and don't even finish in the top 4. And lose in the next round of the cup

Strange, because before the game he was doubtful with injury. Unluckily he shook off the injury but came down with an illness.

It stinks.

Still, if he was injured or had a cold, will you really use him at home with Stevenage? Or you give him a time off to get fit 100 % for the next premiership game. The same goes with VDV.
I am really sure that they would had got through even with Saha in the first eleven.

I think Harry will have had to give Bale a reason for not playing him v rags or Bale would have kicked up shit. Harry will have told him the FA Cup was their priority now the league had gone, so didn't want to risk him v the rags in case he broke down again.

The 'illness' will have been a cover so that us lot don't accuse him of not playing his strongest team v the rags.

He did the same thing with Modric at the start of the season. He was carrying a slight twinge of injury so Harry left him out v the rags, saying it was because of Chelsea, then played him v us, when the Chelsea situation was still ongoing.

He clearly thought his key players would find it too taxing - and we know he likes to avoid that where possible. Good old 'arry.
