So, go on, after todays result who is your choice?

Or is there another, David Platt maybe?

Out of the two, Mancini. Mourinho is a winner, but the football Chelsea played was awful and Inter and Madrid haven't been much better. I'd rather continue with glorious failure than watch a successful Fat Sam.

However, what if Guardiola was in the mix, considering he wants to come to England at some point? Is he any good, or does he just have Messi?

Guardiola has done a great job, but its just 15 years of hard work paying off, everything instilled in their kids at 10 years old finally paying off.

Is this a joke?
Mourinho is a better manager he hasnt gone a full calender year without winning at least one pot in his whole career.

I don't think there is any doubt that Mourinho is the best in the world, but i don't think there is much difference between him and Bob. The only huge advantage that Mou has, is that he can motivate his squad to walk through fire for him, while Bob can do that. I don't know if you remember when he left Inter, that video when he talked to Materazzi and the italian was crying like a kid. Those images spoke for themselves of how close he is to his players and how he can lead them.
I fancy that he can be the only one who can settle Herman.

On the other hand, i really love Bobby and i want him to lift the league, to show everyone what he is capable of, but i am getting tired of those clueless games and tactics sometimes.

He also fucks off after 2 years because of itchy feet, and he'd have no qualms about leaving us and going to United when bacon quits. On top of that the football he plays is so boring its unreal.

Agreed. We are in it to win trophies - Mourinho guarantees them. Whether you like him or not, he is a better manager than Mancini.

Its a moot point anyway as Mourinho wouldnt come and Mancini isnt getting sacked either.

But long term, how many teams recovered after Mourinho? Chelsea? Inter?

And off the record, does anyone has the feeling that he somehow lost the dressing room after what happend last week with Mario?

Barry getting frustrated, Dzeko again fumming when he was subs at Lisbon.

3 games since then, One at home, and it wasn't as good as we were used and two dreadful away games.

Ill take a "recovery period" after winning multiple League titles, Domestic Cups and perhaps the Champs Lge as well. I could live with that sort of "recovery period."

Arsenal are always taking the Long Term outlook. It sounds quite nice, so long as you are happy winning fucl all year after year.

With Mourinho coming back to the UK, in his own mind at least, for next season, for Mancini to lead the league for 3/4ers of the season, only to fail to convert, I think he will struggle to survive.

I hope he puts it right but ive reservations.

It could come down to Tevez saving Mncinis job and our season, who would have thought it!

What is such the diference with Mancini and Mourinho, can't Mancini catch him up?

What did Mourinho achieve before he got his break and going on to spending the earth on players?

Did the Special one win everything without the backing of money?

Please educate me, I'm all ears.

FFS, this is City who are riding Top all season bar two weeks and haven't done for the best part of 35 years and some want Moanreen in who will undoubtedly fuck off after 2 years anyway? .... bonkers stuff, some are getting more raglike by the day, seriously it's a worry City fans even think this way.

He only learnt everything from the maestro himself - Big Mal

It´s also just as likely that Bob would do one if he ever had 2 or 3 years of success - Milan. Madrid, Italy. So where would the long term legacy be? I would love Bob to stay 10 years whilst knocking those cnuts off their perch permanently and us having to order a new trophy cabinet. Something tells me that won´t happen
