Just watching the surrender monkeys tonight & they said it's now something like 5 games where they've come back from behind to win. Typical of them really in that they are not fighting for any trophies, so now the pressure is off, they are actually playing desperation 'go for it' football in these circumstances but the rags recently have been doing the same when in trouble. They've not been cool & clinical, they've been desperate & nervous.

Both sets of fans have been up for it too, much more than usual for those two.

We did a little bit of it at the end v Swansea & we looked very decent at it but it came too late & on the whole, all season, we've tended to cruise to victory or defeat with a shrug & a 'ees football' attitude. The fans have been mostly sat with arms folded chatting philosophically & the attitude has been similar from many on here 'there are x games to go, rags will slip up, it's not over yet ', etc etc 'everybody calm down, remember Barnstoworth beating us in 1936 ' etc etc .

Well imo, we're too fucking calm. Ferguson is trying to scare us but he's read us wrong, we're not being scared at all, we're just cruising along, picking up points at home & tossing them down the shitter away, with a general grown up acceptance of how this kind of thing happens & 'hey, life is good, whatever' I've been the same, pleased with our progress whatever .

Let's fucking kick that into touch & approach every game like we were about to be relegated. Let's fucking CARE instead of just accepting how we may miss out but it's not so bad. Lets not be calm & clinical in our football; lets go fucking apeshit & throw the kitchen sink at every cunt from now til May. Lets shout from the rooftops at every game & as the great Imran Khan once said to the Pakistan cricket team before they walloped England from a losing position: " Fight like cornered tigers "

The title is on the line & we're not really up for it imo . Lets panic a bit.

We need to go for it in every game. From start to finish. We did it after the Liverpool defeat last season from what I can remember?

If we attack the shit out of every team I think we will win it, I really do.

Our margin for error has pretty much disappeared with yesterdays result. If we assume that they are gonna win every game apart from the derby we can afford a draw at Arsenal but then that is leaving it down to goal difference. It's pretty much backs to the wall stuff from now on. Is that good or bad? I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Your point is well-made but it is concentration and not making stupid mistakes to give goals away that will win us the league, not blood and thunder.

Why not against the rags? We have better players ....... and Athletic Bilbao showed that if you actually go at them hard they are well beatable.
