We shouldn't replace him at all, we have improved again on last season.
But if the owners are impatient, money talks.

Im a city fan but even inoo with the money we have spent we should be hammering teams like sunderland its not good enough and are away forms been shit these are mancinis formations and tactics and must take the brunt of the blame

I feel he should work on his ability to hold the squad focused and determined. He's been let down on to many occasions by his strikers and in this game by his defence and central midfield making stupid mistakes. Even if we do end up winning the title, it's an important lesson for the future.
Also, listen more to Ted. Savic cost us a fair amount of points.

we improved on last season because we spent another big chunk of money, the ffp rules mean sell to buy now, when we sign players we pay them so much money its very difficult to get rid of them

So he got it right today eh? There were only 8 games left - no margin for dropping bollox like he did today. Is he going to pipe up AGAIN and say "I got it wrong"
If so I think we have the wrong man

He will and should lead us next season.
However, we have been on the slide since Sunderland away at new year and he needs to find out why and stop it happening again.
I can only think that the players are over trained and are knackered.
I'm alarmed about our form, and alarmed that he can't see it (maybe he can), he should lead us next year but needs to learn from this season.

If we change managers it puts us back a whole year. Mancini has established himself here and has set up a system that all the players understand. Today, we played like dog shit, Mancini made a few changes and we salvaged a draw.
If you want to blame someone, look at the people on the field who put in a half-assed performance for 85 minutes today. Mancini didn't tell Richards not to jump against Bentner or Silva to be wank recently. If you look at the players we have (especially compared to Sunderland), it shouldn't matter that much how we line up if everyone plays to their true ability. We have a team of world class players who played like a div 1 team for 85 minutes. Blame them

We like it or not, there is something happening behind de closed door of the dressing room.
The problems is that the big danger could be is that some of the players lost their confidence in Bob, after the repeated situations with Mario and the comeback of Herman. If this is the case, it's over. There is no way back from this.
My concern is i haven't heard for a while now anything from Khaldoon or the sheik.

He played Milner instead of Barry. It´s hard to blame Milner for that one

Did Mancini allow Larsson all that room to saunter through midfield to get a clean strike on goal? Looked like Nigel to me.
Did Mancini fall asleep when we conceded a free in our own half?
I know the book stops with the manager but some of the players need to take a long hard look at themselves for that piss poor showing today.

There are clearly going to be two schools of thought on this, and I have been very much caught in the middle this season, because I don't believe a leopard can change its spots, and come the crunch, we have seen that to be true.
I am absolutely fucking sick to death of hearing that we fought back bravely, or that we played amazing in the last 15 minutes etc. It is simply a product of him having put the wrong team out on the pitch, with the wrong instructions in the first place. And then we have had:
Mancini's Gelson Fernandes Moment
Forget everything else that went on in the game, the score, Balotelli, the result and the performance - I am sure many others will have their say on that shit. Just somebody tell me why we had a player, who was before joining city, touted for such great things, and of such influence at Villa in midfield, who delivers a great outswinging cross from the right wing, played at right back when we have Pablo Zabaleta on the bench. What sort of fucking idiot brings Adam Johnson on, and puts Milner at right back.
Right WING back, with a central 3 maybe, that would have helped us get control of the game. But no, we keep the same shape, and play a midfielder at fullback. Not saying Milner did anything wrong, but it is for me an example that he has lost the fucking plot.
I think his days might be numbered, not just after this, today is jut a symptom of Mancini's arse having fallen out weeks ago.

I am with Spartacus on this one. There had been so many wrong decision at the first eleven this season, and so many late reactions.
Did anyone saw the face that Bob had when the Arsenal reject scored the third goal? A picture that is beyond 2000 words.
