Parker looks as out of place on that list as Elton John on a rugby tour.

RVP and Aguero should win, whether they will or not is another thing. If it was "player of the first 6 months" Silva would be the winner.

Surely as the only 'young' player deemed good enough for the main list Sergio has to be a shoe in for young player award

Isn't voting in Jan/Feb so silva might still have a chance of winning.

Its easy to forget how young Aguero is when he seems so accomplished. Individually I don't think any rags have done enough to win the award.

Wellbeck or Bale will get young player, Rooney or Van Persie will get the main one ... guarenteed, however voting would have been done before Silva fell off his horse so you never know

Who votes for these. Is it the players or also the managers ?

To be fare I think van Persie deserves it as he has almost single handidly dragged Arsenal up to 3rd spot. Dave deserves it on his 1st half of the season display but wont get it. Aguero should be a shoe in for Young Player unless the voting is rigged !

RVP should win it and augero ypoty. I would of had had lescott on the list but he never gets the praise. A lot of non city fans saying Kompany should be on it, winds me up as I think lescott has been better than vinny this season.

Glad to see 3 City players up for the main award but the lists pretty farcical really.

I don't particularly like the guy but Dempsey has had a great season and how Parker is on there ahead of him I've got no idea. Demba Ba should also be there, particularly if it's voted for in Jan/Feb.

Oxlade Chamberlain for Young player despite the fact he's played in about 5 games? Sturridge ahead of Mata?

No Lescott or Kompany in the list is a joke as well. Having said that, we didn't even see fit to put Lescott in our own player of the year award so can't really complain about him being in the PFA list but Kompany should certainly be there considering how highly he's rated by our own fans and others.

No Cleverley or scholes? Which bent bastard put that list together. Looks like I'll have to vote for wellbeck and Rooney then and Giggs for sports personality of the year and the rags as team of the year.

How the hell has Oxlade-Chamberlain get a nomination after only starting 5 games??

I reckon Sergio Aguero should get a PFA Award as he has done great for us this season, 20 odd goals in his first season is class! What a signing... Now who would you have, Andy Carroll for 35M or Sergio Aguero for 38M?

At 23, is Sergio Aguero really still eligible for a young player of the year award? He's been a 1st team regular for 4 or 5 years!
