I thought Barry had a great game today, particularly in the second half when he was given a more defensive role.
There were a few top performances today but GB gets my vote.

I'm with the early majority, Clichy for me. The exquisite pass for the first goal was the icing on the cake of a really good performance from him

Brilliant as Lescott was, I find myself in agreement with Carl (& Graeme Souness who described Clichy's performance as 'perfect').

That was a cracking performance by Clichy today. And the pass to the first goal was as good as you'll see. loved it.

Gael by far, imo.
game defining assist plus a very solid defensive performance (along with the Klingon) almost covering a couple of scaring lapses from Vinnie.
Joe earned his beans a couple of times and Tevez showed once again desire and comittment (credit when due).

Has to be Clichy, all round game today was outstanding and that pass for Aguero's goal was truly world class. Best left back I've ever seen in a City shirt bar none. Bargain buy, cheers Arsene.

Only got to half kind of watch the match, but from what I saw, Clichy!.
Left back was such a troubled position for years and this guy fits right in and plays his heart and soul out!

Clichy for me. I thought after last week that Hart was much better today, kept us in the game a few times with some excellent saves!
