I highly doubt a high on emotion me flicking the v for victory on and off for a minute or so is the kind of material they would use.

The hey Jude bit at the end was unbelievable. For once, hardly anyone had left (apart from the people in front of me who missed the goal by nipping out early too) and everyone was singing.

The video doesn't do justice to how loud it was, unless you happen to have a PA system handy.

vast majority of the stadium hung around for a good 5-10 mins after the final whistle which kind of blows the all excuses for leaving early out of the water....

If we win the league I think I'm gonna have some sort of emotional break down. 33 years old, 33 years of holding it in, tutting, laughing at ourselves in the darkest hours, always keeping a sense of humor because there was nothing else you could do except laugh at it all.

The more I think about the Newcastle game, the more I think we'll be ok. They will play open attacking football,we'll get space, their form has dipped, if they lose tonight against Chelsea, their dreams of 3rd/4th are pretty much over.

I don't bregrudge anyone the joy of joining in with this season's fun and games but I have to say that if you're aged anywhere probably from 30-45 and are a lifelong blue...if we do it....it is going to taste sweetest as that age group really have probably seen the widest range of shit supporting City with (until last year) zero return whatsoever
