It's an interesting thought considering the situation we were in 3 week ago.

My first thought on waking up at some point in the night was 'shit, where's Aguero and why has he picked Dzeko'. Guess subconsciously I'm in the 'we could lose the league today' camp.

Last time we played Newcastle when it really mattered, Paulo Wanchope got the goal. It was a shocking game, from memory, but I'd take a flat 1-0 City win again today.

Did Mpzena not score in a 1:0 win at the ground formerly known as St James' Park that eventually saved us from the drop?

He did too, another dire 0-1. I liked Needles, really got us out of trouble.

I truly believed we would win today until I saw that the ref is Foy.
