Unusual request (bear with me)

A few years ago I was chatting with a couple of my mates about funny adverts and I got talking about one that I thought dated from around Euro '96 and which went as follows:-
- A woman is in labour.
- The camera is behind her shoulder and pointing down the bed.
- As soon as it becomes clear that she has given birth, the midwife's head pops up over her knees and into the shot.
- We now see that the midwife is Kevin Keegan, who, sporting a huge grin and a football, happily declares, "It's a ball!"
- The advert then cuts to a promo for a football publication, which according to my memory was either a Guardian or Times special on the Euros.
Nobody in the room had a fucking clue what I was banging on about, and I started to worry that I'd unintentionally just revealed a really, really warped dream. Once every few months since, I've done the odd google search to try and track down said godforsaken advert - for my own sanity as much as anything. Anyway, I mentioned it to a mate on facebook tonight and eventually, after a bit, between us we found this link...

And then this link...

And then - God knows how - he pulled up this short video on youtube...

Aside from being fucking hilarious, that's the last four seconds of the Keegan segment I've been on about. Why is it in Italian? Where is the preceding narrative without which that shot makes no sense whatsoever?
If anyone, ANYONE, can find me the full English-language advert on the back of all this information, I'll be eternally grateful. Also, if anyone could make me a GIF of the first four seconds of the video above, that would be beyond ace.
Mods, feel free to move to O-T if you like, but I'd argue that it IS footy-related.
