According to Henry Winters twitter, Micah Richards has been dropped for the Euro squad which is made an even more bizarre decision considering Walker is out injured.

Glad he gets the rest over the summer from a selfish point of view but heart broken for Micah who has suffered under that twat Capello and now apparently with another clueless fuckwit in charge.

Who at RB if no walker or richards? Richards was a shoe in for me as walker cannot cover centre back as well. If thats the case its fuclin incredible.

Genuinely gutted for Micah if this is true. I don't really know what else he can do.

On the other hand though, he should be fresh for the new season and that is the bigger priority for me. In an ideal world for me, none of our players would be going to the Euros!

Unless he has an injury this makes no sense whatsoever. Walker and Smailing out and Johnson out of form. Plus Micah can play CB so would be a great addition.

I'd actually not be too bothered if as few a City players as possible were picked for the euros, giving them a break.

On Micah, yes I'd have selected him but its worth noting that when he was fit again for the last 3-4 games, Mancini went with Zabba and not him.
