The best rag thread ever....

This is pure comedy gold.

Although City have finally won the league even though it cast the 930 million to do so.
If I were the owners of City he would be gone.
The squad he had should have wrapped it up long ago.
His failure in Europe.
He now wants a bucket load of more monies to build the squad AGAIN.
I honestly think if SAF or Mourinho were in charge it would have been a far different story..
League wrapped up long ago and probably in Euro final.
930 million and they beat us in the last two minutes of the season, just shows how good of a season we had when you take into account all the issues and injuries we had in our squad.

The thread gets better and better.

We are such bitters. We bought the league. We will fuck up sooner or later. Taggart would have won the league with half of what we had spent. We won the lottery. The Sheik is our sugar daddy..........

They're starting with the '19 titles' thing. Irani is on it & Sir Bobby Charlton (famous ticket tout) has also brought it up. It seems as if it's going to be their new angle as both work for the club.

Now if we had 17 or 18 & were bragging about it, I could understand it but the fact that they are already worrying about it now when we only have 3 just shows what kind of fear they have for their future!

Don't forget the tramp also saying we are a hundred years behind them.

It's obviously going to be the official defence against what they fear is coming. I love it already.

Yeah, but I keep reminding them that the scousers would have expected to be back when Arsenal pipped them and look what happened. They have the perfect example there of what could happen and they're terrified.

I've now seen an FA cup and league title and could die happy if we didn't win something in the next 40 years. They don't know how to handle failure and it's hilarious.

That's the point. I couldn't give a fuck if they've got 150 titles or how many European cups they, or Liverpool have got ! It means absolutely fuck all to me. I don't give a fuck about getting 20 of them, apart from the fact it will mean we keep winning titles for more than 20 years. All that matters is that we keep fighting for titles, end of.

You could tell what angle they were going to take as soon as they lost the title, with Sir Bacon starting to spout on about the glorious Manu history, something he's not really said a lot about in the past. In fairness to him he's normally concentrated on the present.
As has been pointed out, they've seen what's happened to scouse 1, and are shitting themselves.
Still, it does mean that the dippers will remain as their local derby, as they will probably be fighting each other for a europa cup place for the next few seasons.

I read one on red cafe the other day where one rag described them as "vice champions of england" I nearly fell of my chair.

A rag over the road from me stood outside his house, arms wide and said "Well go on then, do your worst. I expected you to be knocking on my door on Sunday night to take the piss."

I just smiled and said "No point mate, you lot are now in the past, a mere stepping stone as City move into the future, a hurdle that we had to climb over to get to the really top teams like Barca, Madrid and Bayern..." I also chucked in Chelsea for added effect. "As a killing blow I added..."It's City's agenda now...and your rags ain't on it."

He looked gutted that his beloved rags weren't important enough to be bothered about.
