RIP Marc. Top player and by all accounts had a heart of pure gold.

Remember it well and the tributes left by all fans (including our neighbours) at the entrance of Maine Road (also ending its life that same year). Very moving.

I was on holiday in Cyprus at the time and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the news on newspaper.
