But yeah, good point WW, I thought we were supposed to be playing Barca? I'd prefer to go to that than schlepping down the VIlla Park and all the expense that entails, tbh...

What's this about a Wolfsburg game? All I'm aware of is the three(?) in Austria, then a trip to China and Malaysia. Plus the Barca rumour which was circulating heavily around April.

Anyone know what other games we have confirmed so far?

seems like a fuckload of travel...i'd prefer we never left continental europe tbh.

i'm sure these guys are flying full-on "Ant London" diva-style lay flat beds with showers, and masseuses, etc so it's probably not a biggie.

Didn't it say on the OS about a week ago when they were announcing the 3 Austrian fixtures that there would be an announcement soon about 2 further pre-season games, one of which is the Wolfsburg one. So there could be another still in the pipeline.

Halfway down it says - The Community Shield against Chelsea takes place at Villa Park on 12 August (1.30pm kick off). There are likely to be two more games announced shortly as will be the ticket details for the matches in Austria

I don''t recall having one last year either. The last one was with Valencia, at that 3-0 if i am correct.
