I'm curious to see how he'll do there.
Most of his goals come from headers and New York have only 2 players that can actually put a decent ball in (Lade and Henry). He has enough quality though to bag quite a few goals in MLS though.

It's not just me thinking it sucks less this season is it? I've only watched about 5 matches but I've been surprised. What do you think?

It's definitely getting better each year.
I only started following MLS in 2008 but since then the quality has increased substantially. Still nowhere near the prem but it's becoming far more enjoyable to watch.

It is getting better you guys are right. I live near(ish) to toronto so I support TFC, watch the odd game on TV and i've gone to 3 games so far this season, all within the past month (the first part of the season was absolutely dreadful). I've been lucky enough to witness 1 - 1 against NY, 3 - 2 against vancouver (amazing game to be at) and 2 - 1 against colorado, which were all good games to watch. TFC with their new manager, and the rest of the MLS, is indeed improving. Cahills signing is a good one for the whole league, these players help not only fill their stadiums, but other teams as well. The NY game, cause of henry, and vancouver game, because they are our rivals, were pushing capacity. While the Colorado game was around 18,000.
