This kind of shit should have been made illegal years ago. Just buy her the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy and make her stay at home making sure you teas on table on your return! ;-p

Zero interest in the sport, calls it soccer....I think I'm better off with the lads.

Mine has a season ticket, but doesn't sit near me at the Etihad (she tried, but she couldn't put up with me being a shouty twunt for 90 minutes) so I can't complain.

Only manage to get tickets for mine once or twice a season but she loves it. Wish I could afford another season ticket for her

I have brought my wife a few times, although she is not a big fan of football.Watches the odd big game on tv with me but she does really enjoy a live game.

We do travel to Manchester to the games so usually stay a couple of nights, she gets her fair dose of shopping done so all parties concerned are kept happy.

Best to just be bringing one, it can get awkward if wife and girlfriend both want tickets.

Same!!

Dragged her round some pubs in Wilmslow for Newcastle away last season because I wanted someone with me driving so I could have a beer.
She shit herself when I went mad when Yaya scored. Couldn't understand it at all.

I've taken my wife to about 20 City matches since we met six years ago. She loves it but I think that, by and large, Yank women do enjoy going to live sporting events more than British women do. Sport is more inclusive over here. I love to wind up my mune mates by reminding them that she's been to Eastlands more often than they've been to The Swamp. The other one that pisses them off is when I say I've been to 5x more City away games than they've been to Mune home games.

Took the wife to Wembley for the play off final. Trip to London, visited a historic monument, fantastic day out.

And still she moaned. Just because she's a closet rag and it was our first wedding anniversary. She should be grateful - I've never forgotten our anniversary, as I know it's the same day as City beat Gillingham.

Is she fit ?

If so, I can take her; then you don't have anything to worry about.

Took my gf to the Porto game. We scored after 14 seconds and it ruined any sort of atmosphere that was there. She can come again though. If she's paying/driving.

This.

Tho I remember taking her to the Scunthorpe league cup tie a few years back and despite the fact we thumped them, she still didn't like it.

Slightly sexist this thread. If she likes city then take her or maybe she could take you?

When she reads 50 Shades of Grey there'll be more than your tea on the table.
