So to my surprise when I saw the teams today, I see Kolarov ahead of Clichy again. I really can't see any reason why he would start ahead of Clichy under any circumstances other than injury. So what's the general concensus, Clichy or Kolarov?

I think it's merely Mancini stoking with kolarov as he was decent last week while clichy had personal time.
I fully expect clichy will start at stoke.

my thoughts too prob didnt do a full weeks training and we can get away with kolorov left back against the weaker teams. Clichy the far better left back though although stoke away next we might play kolorov for height.

Dzeko, Yaya, Kompany, Lescott, Garcia, Rodwell, Nastisic....not sure we are lacking for height.

10-0 in favour of clichy...wow, it's like a City-Rags scoreline.

Really delighted to have both of them in the squad, I think their different styles suit different opponents. And rather than one of them having to play at less than 100% fitness level, it's great having a quality replacement. Keep giving game time to both of them I say.

If I remember correctly Kolarov came with the tag 'lethal dead ball'er n has a dangerous cross' I'm still to be convinced on this.

I thought he played well and offered a lot. I've rated Clichy since his early Arsenal days (when he was understudy to Cole).
I think Clichy is world class, I think Kolorov is a good player. Really glad to have him as an option.

Cannot see how Alex is anythingbut back up to Clichy, Primary job is to defend and sorry AK has that at the least of his priorities, which be exposed by Madrid. Along with Kolo we almost have a self destruct button with both on the pitch.

only point I can raise in favour of Kolarov is that the rotation of FBs, provided City with the most sparkling Clichy ever experienced when it came time to deliver.
Other than that, I concur with the easiest poll ever.
EDIT: love to see that, for any poll, there is always someone standing for the rights of minority. I thought this time was hard to find, but not... ;)
