AVB will get far less time to try and steady the ship. He's made a big mistake coming back to the Prem so soon after his Chelsea experience imo. The fans are already on his back, he's fucled

Neither will get the boot this season (I don't think), but we can all have a good laff at em while they are there.

Spurs look like they have a team and a squad but Liverpool dont seem to have either. The scouse fans are going to be seriously tested.

Basically if either fail to get top 4, they will be out of the door. Fan expectation at both clubs is crushingly harsh on Managers, as such the board is always forced to react to failure.
A cycle of madness, especially so at Liverpool.

I think Rodgers will get the boot first it's just going to go the same way as Hodgson at Liverpool did

Could easily go that way.
Dalglish only got a over a season because he was Dalglish, If he was anyone else he wouldn't have made it to Christmas.

modern football is ruled by results but I, respectfully, think that this thread is a non-sense.

Both have come in and changed too much too soon. I thought boas would have learnedthis by his chelsea tenure. Rodgers just thinks hes bill fuckin shankly. Hes a coach. If ive got three strikers and i dont rate one idont marginalise him just in case...one of a quartet ok but carroll as first option is not going to make people think bad of you brendan. Its called coping with what youve got.

One has won major trophies, has never been sacked before Christmas, and didn't get passive aggressive towards his employers this weekend.
The other hasn't, has been, and did.
I'll go with Rodgers.

The amusing thing is that most of the mickeys want him back and Rodgers out!
Rodgers is completely the wrong man for the job, what he's trying to do at Liverpool he failed to do at Reading. He'll panic buy in January if he isn't given the push by then - the board however will be a lot more patient than the fans
