Just noticed while checking live football coming up on tv that eurosport have a Spuds and Barcelona nextgen game on next week.

Checked it out further and they have signed a deal to show a minimum of 18 live games this season.Sadly thats not a whole lot of games really but from the 6 fixtures they have announced so far City will be playing Juventus on Oct 31st.

If anyone has any interest the link below gives details.

Good news, there should be rivers available later then.
I've noticed that the more I think of this Nextgen and the new U21 Premier League, (or Reserve league? whatever it is) the more I like the idea. I'll definitely try to catch as many games this season as possible.

I wish City would start showing the home games through City TV, like Chelsea and Liverpool (and probably others) do. Probably not the Nextgen fixtures if there's a deal with Eurosport, but they could show the league games.

Does anyone know where you can find a full fixture list for this? Nothing on Wikipedia, and I have a feeling last season some of the games seemed to be played on an 'as and when' basis. This season CSKA have played two games in their group, whereas Ajax still haven't played, making me think it may be more of the same.

Thanks for that.

This is absolutely mental. Kickoff for all games is 'TBC', even the televised ones, except the next round of fixtures, and Ajax seem to only be planning on playing two games (home to Chelsea and CSKA) in the group stages.

Why do I think it's more likely to be called off now that City are leading? But to be fair it should be stopped.

Nobody at all can play any football at all. It's just kick the ball as far as you can in the right direction and chase it
