The Handicap System

I know we've got it in horse racing and the British Touring Car Championship, but when did we start it in the Premier League?
I'm sorry but Halsey's decisions over the last couple of weeks have been utter garbage. I was willing to understand (no I wasn't) last weeks decisions between the Dippers and Rags as you could call them either way (no you couldn't) but todays decisions were just ridiculous. The penalty that was never a penalty and to confound the issue he then believes a blatant drag back of a player is justified.
This is not just the referee's making erant decisions, this is the time honoured tradition of making calls to ensure the money flows.
It fucking stinks and this handicap system should now be open for all to see.
And just to prove, my Rag step-son has just said to me before he left for the game that the Welbeck non-penalty this season should've been given because everybody knows you can't go in against a player at the Swamp, regardless of whether you touch him, because it will always end up as a United decision. And these fuckers believe that it's right!!!

This shit makes my blood boil.
Making it easy for the rags is just not good for business and I dont get it.
as for the penalty, it wasnt even a foul plus it was outside the box. The cunt had a few chances to make it even by giving City a deserved penalty and what does the ragish cunt do?!? nothing.
I promised myself I wont break any more furniture around my house, made a promise to my woman as well, but it makes me sick.
I had an conversation with a friend of mine who is a blue scouse fan, and we totally agreed on things going rags way.
Only the rags pretend they dont see it or act as it is the way it should be.
I dont get people who support the scum.

Apparently today was the first time in 14 league games that we have won a game where Halsey was the referee.

02 October 2005 was the last time we won a league game with Halsey as ref.

Paranoid.
Here's a fairer view.
1. Not a Fulham penalty against Zabaleta in the first half, he got that wrong.
2. penalty for City for a foul on Tevez? yes with the benefit of a video replay which Halsey didn't have.
3. in the second half Zabaleta's hand-ball could easily have been given as a pen but Halsey said no (in almost exactly the same circumstances as the one he said no to in extra time against Gillingham at Wembley when their winger cut the ball back and Whitley handled.) Probably saw the first one replayed at half time and let Zab get away with this one.

There was an incident where Zabs got pushed over in their penalty area in the second half, which looked like a nailed on penalty to me in the replay.

So, he gets it wrong against us but makes mistake for us?
Cheers pal, logic in you case is illogical. That replay (speed of the game shit) is, just, bollox.

In fairness that's only because the BBC football site is total shite. It also had red scouse down for a 2-0 win.

There you go, MotD telling us that they won't be debating the referees decisions as he's had a shocker the last 2 weeks.
We were just above poor by the way, according to MotD.

So you're saying he got three decisions wrong but it's ok because he got the first decision wrong.
I doubt many refs would give the Zaba "hand-ball" simply because of this: with the position Zaba was in, where else could he put his hand other than where it was?
And seeing as you mentioned the Gillingham game, you forget the penalty we did not get in the first minute of the Gillingham game. Convenient, that. But hey, by your "logic" it's alright because he got other decisions wrong as well.
How about the fucking tool gets things right for a change? That's a revolutionary idea for you. I certainly ask for no more than that.

Halsey isn't bent, he's just a a really shit ref, & really shit refs on average, tend to give a higher percentage of decisions in favour of the Utds, Liverpools etc than the Norwichs or Readings.
For some reason which I've never understood, shit refs seem to always go out of their way to not be seen to be favouring us v smaller teams imo, therefore giving any team who plays us more benefit of the doubt that they give to us; overcompensating for a tendency to be biased toward 'big' teams. I suppose they would like to do the same to rags & scousers etc but they bottle it on the spur of the moment, so we get shit on there as well.
With City, they probably feel more comfortable about getting shit wrong without any comeback & with good reason; they can do what the fuck they want to City & get away with it.

Ted, if, as you say, shit ref's give in favour of certain clubs, consistently, then they can be classed as biased in favour of said clubs which could also be classed as 'Bent'. It's just another word that people use.
