I thought he was outstanding last night and constantly terrorised our defence (who admittedly were below par). Had it not been for an even more superior performance from Joe Hart he could easily have scored a hat trick. Having not seen much of him before and having never seen him play live before, I can see what all the fuss is about and why, in Germany at least, he has been compared to Messi. He has everything - pace, ball control, vision, awareness, technical ability and finishing and should definitely be on our radar after last night's performance. Second best player on the pitch after Hart and one of the best individual performances I have seen against us at the Etihad

In my opinion, the best talent of the world right now. Wonderful player.
If it wasn't for Joe, he would've been on the scoresheet, easily.

When they were talking pre-match and kept going on about Lewandowski, I was like, be more concerned about Gotze. He was marvellous last night.
If I could cherry pick any player from that team, it'd be him.

Finishing wasn't up to much tho :)

His finishing was great, it's just that Joe was on cracking form. I bet Mario felt powerless. Whatever he tried, Joe was there to stop him.

Bayern just lost to Bate fucking Borissov. They've never beaten anybody.

We didnt exactly make it hard for any of them. He is a good player though

Last night Bate would win us , are u watch CL AT ALL they won Lille last game away, and did this be English Champs against Germany champs, so how can Premiere be so much better if that hapend i dont get your resoning , but ok ,Bayern lost to Bate like we would won :) Bayern play final last year.And remember my point is that Germany is not better, only that Premiere is not so much better then Germany leugue amd u cant despiutte that

What we have just seen, is the German Champs playing out of their skins, v the English champs playing like a bag of shit & still the Germans did not win. Everton, for example, would arse fuck us by about 4 goals if we played that badly against them. Villa beat us last week. We were just the same v Villa as we were v Dortmund.

It shouldn't be forgotten though that we missed a whole bunch of chances 1st half. Usually, Aguero & Silva would have both scored.

A Chelsea team who finished 20 points behind us, knocked Bayern out of the Champions League btw. They also comfortably beat Napoli, another team we struggled against. We are shit in Europe & Mancini is the main reason why.

Make no mistake, if we start to turn in that kind of performance regularly in the Premier League, we will not finish in the top 4. The warning signs were there when we made a bang average Arsenal side look like Barcelona.

Dortmund manager said they studied that game. We played even worse 2nd half than we did v Arsenal.

I hate to say it, but any half decent rags team would have exploited the way Dortmund played & used it against them, then dumped them out of the competition. We were tactically inept.

Dortmund being better than us has no baring on the quality of our league. Just as Chelsea winning the Champions Legue & beating the teams that beat City, doesn't make them a better team than City.

It was one game. Only one game is NOT enough to make definitive comparative judgements.
(or even the odd 2 or 3 games)

If some Division 2 team knocks a Prem club out of the cup in one game...Do you consider League 2 to be better?

The boy is good and was good for 2 seasons now, even if he had that nasty injury. Incredible player, but i don't think we can get him.

If you ask me, he is better than Ozil.

You forget that u tell me that is so big difrence betwen those two that cant even compere i said its better have few more stronger clubs but is it that big difrence no and i think most people whoo are no Gemans or English would agree.And i cant discuss more about this, you have your opinion I have mine, I'm upset for the game last night and a lot, Bob is starting to get on my nerves,

He's a wonderful talent & had a good game, but I thought Gundogan ran the show yesterday. That's the type of midfielder we're still missing.

I've not forgotten anything. Most teams who win the German League except Bayern, just get turned over comfortably by Utd etc.

Bayern occasionally have a good run & beat some of our teams.

City will get turned over twice by Ajax if they play like they did last night. Judging Dortmund in comparison to City gives an artificial impression. City were really really shit.
