Anyone have any info on how bad it is. Looked like possible ligament damage and a 6 month layoff. Really hope I am wrong. He wasn't right in that second half and looked leggy before his cramp.

Great shame but nothing new for Micah.I do fear the worst as he turned a bit funny even though it liiked innocent at the time.

Kolo did a fine job as the professional that he is but I am not sure I fancy him as a full time full back.Zaba should be back next weekend.

Collymore reckons its knee ligaments. Here's hoping not ruptured.

Any Micah injury ruins my weekend. A long term one makes me ill. Is it a case of cingular back too soon from the injury in the summer?

He went down right in front of us and was immediately signalling to the others and thumping the floor in pain. The only hope is he'd twisted it, but from the pain it looked more like ligaments.

Better get Zab fit soon and hope Maicon looks the part again.

Good Luck, Micah!
I'm scared too, the lad is always so large in his effort but never get rewarded with some good luck!

Never good when a player goes down with nobody near him. A severe non-impact knee injury like that is usually a ruptured cruciate ligament and having seen it now that would be sadly be what we may be looking at.

We have Zabba and Milner to cover, along with Maicon for home games where we will dominate possession, eg Reading, Norwich etc.

We have had the conversation on here, even this season; unfortunately, Micah's body is unable to stand up to his game.

All the best to him & I hope that he recovers quickly, but when he does, experience suggests he'll play for a month or two, then miss a few games, then come back, then miss a few more, then come back, then get a bigish injury. I think his career is always going to be that way. His movement isn't quite right & he leaps so high but then lands like a bus.

If you watch the replays, just before pulling up & going down, he swung a leg at a clearance in the area and seemed to twist his leg as he stopped moving and rubbed it before playing on. Just afterwards, he was running back to the area and seemed to spring on his right leg as if something had trapped before moving a few paces & then collapsing. We'll see later

He looked in real pain, and he is not a wimp. Just hope it's not too bad, but looks like a bad one.
