Probably not the best place to post this ... But how old do you have to be to book a ticket without parents and also where is the best place for neutrals to go. (Girlfriend wants a third year anniversary of being out and she said we could go there so why not :-D)

best place for a neutral to go in the ground? probably the 3rd tier of either side, plenty of tourists around me, no bother except shouting 'we never score from corners' every time we win a corner!

Thanks guys. Now we can plan hoping to watch Newcastle game. Is that a possibility or will I have to find a "weaker" team?

Please note: If a supporter number used is that of an adult, then only an adult ticket may be purchased. This also applies to under 16s and over 65s.

It is important that you have purchased, and are in possession of, the correct ticket and that it is activated to allow you access in to the stadium.

If the supporter who originally purchased the ticket is no longer able to attend the match, please contact the Supporter Services team on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, then option 3) to discuss, and where appropriate, upgrade your ticket.

Failure to upgrade your ticket before you attempt to enter the ground may result in a stadium ban.

Official Match Ticket

Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club or through the Viagogo Ticket Exchange only.

The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller.

The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Hospitality

Offsite hospitality packages are available for this fixture, priced from £140 +VAT. To book, or find out more, please call 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2) or email hospitality@mcfc.co.uk.

Be Blue

Make sure you don’t miss out on tickets for future matches. Consider becoming a Blue Member with benefits including automatically being placed on the 2013-14 Season Membership wait list* and the option to add ‘Match Ticket Priority’ for the best chance to see all the big games.

Under 16s get even more as a City Kicks Blue member, a must for all young City supporters. Find out more and buy online at www.mcfc.co.uk/Blue.

*2013-14 Season Membership subject to availability and any qualifying sales criteria.

Ticket Collection

All home supporters who are collecting pre-purchased tickets may do so from the Stadium Ticket Office located in City Square (behind the stage).

Supporters are strongly advised to collect their tickets at least 60 minutes before kick-off to avoid delays in getting into the Stadium.

The Ticket Office will be open from 9am until 5:30pm, in line with our standard operating hours.

Guests collecting Hospitality tickets should do so from the City@Home reception located by Gate 11.

Any City@Home collections that remain 15 minutes after kick-of will be sent to the Colin Bell Stand reception for late arrivals.

Supporters with queries relating to their match ticket should also visit the Stadium Ticket Office.

Ticket Exchange – Viagogo, the official Ticket Exchange of Manchester City FC

2012/13 Superbia & Platinum members who are unable to attend a Barclays Premier League home fixture now have the opportunity to place their match ticket for sale to other members on the Ticket Exchange website.

Whilst any adult member can buy tickets through Ticket Exchange, only Platinum and Superbia members can sell them.

Disabled Superbia & Platinum members are restricted from selling their tickets using the Exchange due to complexities around the allocation of specific seats / bays and assistant entitlements.

Disabled supporters who require a wheelchair space and walking ambulant supporters who require an assistant and wish to sell their seat, should contact Supporter Services on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1).

Any Superbia & Platinum supporter, who qualifies as Walking Ambulant, without an associated assistant, can sell their ticket through the Ticket Exchange.

Important Supporter Information

Visiting the Stadium:

The stadium address for satellite navigation is: Etihad Stadium, Manchester M11 3FF.

If you have not visited the Etihad Stadium before, we want you to enjoy the whole experience, and that starts with how to get here and where to park. To find out more click here for the stadium plan.

Supporters requiring a taxi after the final whistle are advised to make their way to Ashton New Road where taxis are located.

Due to road closures immediately after the game, taxis are unable to enter the Etihad Campus for at least one hour after the final whistle.

Those supporters wishing to travel in to Manchester City centre may board supporter buses which are also located on Ashton New Road opposite the South Stand.

Persistent Standing:

To help continue improving the matchday experience for all supporters, we ask that you respect the club’s request to avoid persistent standing at all games.

This is one of our biggest sources of complaints from your fellow supporters in all sections of the stadium.

We wish to make our matchdays as enjoyable an experience as possible for all of our fans and, as such, we request that you and fellow supporters remain in your seat for the majority of the match.

Fans who breach these requests may be ejected from the stadium, and in some cases may have their membership card withdrawn.

Please help us to avoid such measures by co-operating with this request and help us to create an enjoyable experience for all of our fans.

We thank you for your support in helping us ensure a visit to the Etihad Stadium is a great experience.

Respect the Badge: www.mcfc.co.uk/The-Club/Respect-The-Badge

Manchester City Football Club prides itself on having the best fans in the country and we greatly appreciate your support in enforcing the code of conduct.

You are purchasing tickets which are located in stands which seat home fans only. We expect all supporters to behave in a manner appropriate to their surroundings.

This code must be adhered to. Failure to comply could result in you being asked to leave the Stadium. For high profile games, such as local derbies or cup games, a zero tolerance policy will be in operation.

Prohibited Items:

The following items are not allowed to be brought in to the Etihad Stadium:

Golf umbrella or any article that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety

Professional recording equipment (audio and visual)

Bags larger than A4 size

Prams and pushchairs (these can be left at your own risk at the City@Home reception located at Gate 11 for collection after the match).

Smoking:

Please note that the entire Etihad Campus, including roadways, car parks and concourses, is smoke free. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.

Manchester City Football Club operates a strict, no re-admission policy and there will not be an opportunity to leave and re-enter the Stadium.

The Ticket Office and Supporter Services are open Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm (closed Sunday & Bank Holiday).

Both facilities will open on the day of all scheduled First Team home fixtures and Supporter Services will open for all scheduled First Team away fixtures until kick.

Please call 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 3).

All tickets and hospitality are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2012-13 home match terms and conditions of sale, 2012-13 Hospitality terms and conditions of sale (available upon request) and any applicable ground regulations.

I'm really annoyed. My husband and I are both Blue members and have attended exactly the same number of games over the years yet he has 820 points and I have 740 - result being that we've missed out on Derby tickets this year. Do you think the powers that be would see their way to evening the points out or will I be banging my head against a brick wall?

That's probably because he bought add-ones with blue membership on his card and not yours e.g e-programms and there is another one I am forgetting some access to the site or something which gives extra 25 points each with the blue membership and the match ticket priority so you have probably got all points for blue, priority and games while he accrued points for blue, priority, games and the extras he subscribed to on his account ...

I do that too but I keep switching on alternate years to my wife's account and mine and some on my son's so we all have kind of similar points going forward.

This is why 'buying' extra points sucks bollox. Your points should be the same as you've attended the same games and not different because he buys a programme or a chicken Balti pie ...

He'll just earn more points per game than a woman does. It's just a man thing.

Are you sure he hasn't been "working late at the office" for a couple of midweek away matches?
