Personally I think we can do without it.

On the pitch it gives us too many games and could get in the way of our title defence.

Off the pitch it puts extra strain on fans' finances.

Can we make it? I haven't seen the league table.

Yeah I'd like the chance to see more of city, also think its an opportunity to use players like pants, Sinclair, rodders and guidetti

I respect the Europa, its a good competition.

However we may have the opportunity to win the title again. I'd rather see us do that, and having the most rest between games will help us if we are to achieve that aim

Yes, as long as Mancini doesn't sacrifice the FA Cup for it.

We have to win in Dortmund to have a chance to get in the competition as a draw will mean on a head to head with Ajax we will be out.

I would like to give it ago but only with the fringe players. I think in Dortmund we should put the reserves out and let's see. A good run in the Europa helps the coefficient for Europe next season.

Id rather have a stab at the FA Cup and do our best to retain the league than go for that bag of bullshit.

Yes, we need as much european competition experience as possible.

Maybe 'YES'. I still retain a child-like desire to see City play as often as possible, so the more games the better in that sense. If it begins to affect our league form then we can reassess our selection policy as and when that happens.

FA Cup is on weekends, no League Cup to speak of, and ACON will be finished by the time Europa starts up again. If we can't handle midweek fixtures with our squad then God help us.

On another thought, most of our players haven't had a rest due to international commitments, maybe this would be a good time to let them recoup and enjoy their football.

We really need it as it helps the coefficient for Europe next season, otherwise we will be in pot 3 next year which will make us in another group of death. Sadly, we won't make it because we won't have a chance in Dortmund.

Europa helps towards European seeding, therefore it would help us get to pot one faster, however the Premier League and FA cup double is my target.

Nope. Thurs/Sun will hinder our Prem campaign, add a possible 9 extra games though in 3 recent campaigns we havent got even close to winning it as we seem to endure varying degrees of failure in Europe.

Let the Europa be Chelsea's problem, and we can go all out to retain the Prem Lge which should be priority 1 and 1A.
