What a way we do things.... Very touching indeed. Bet every other club would never go to so much bother... Well done to all involved and Hayden get rid of that evil C

It's heart wrenching to see a young boy and his family to have to go through something like that, in fact, it's the same for any person, just makes it worse when you see one so young. One of the things that they all agree on is City and it just shows how a club can become the heart of the community, or a family group. That's what we've kept going regardless of all the changes, our own loyalty to each other.
Great club, great fans, I hope we never change.
Well done Hayden and family, my thoughts are with you.

All of the above. Emotional stuff and watching the joy on the young lad's face as all the City players came in to shake is his hand - stoked. Dream come true for him, nice one City, and for Sky Sports for showing it now.

Football and players have got a lot of stick post Olympics but this shows what good they can do and the type of role models they are!

Very true, and who are the biggest role models yet?
It's always been the same for me and when Big Joe came back for his first night in his embassador role, it made me smile so much.

Excellent from the club, the players, the manager and especially Joe Hart.
Terrific for the young lad to meet his hero and I wish him all the best in his speedy recovery.
