Great player. Be nice if he learned when and how to put his boot through a football.

That's why I wouldn't sign Messi - he's too one footed as well

And that cross that Silva didn't put in for Barry against Reading was atrocious.

Longball, Milner, Aguero, Tevez, Sinclair, Yaya,Maicon, Vince, Zabs,Mario, Samir are all one footed (legged!). You don't notice it because the majority of footballers are right footed.

Yeah we should get shut of him waste of space! Could go in for chuckle brother two he would bring much more to the midfield.

What a load of Shit bollocks of a thread. The ONLY thing with silva is that he could do with taking the occasional shot instead of playing the extra pass. That will come.

First let me make clear that I love Big Dave. One of my favourite ever City players. And I'd go as far as to say that when he plays well, we win.
But it isn't unfair, nor outrageous to say that he is not performing well again, and has had a good few anonymous performances in the last twelve months.
He looked like he was getting his spark back for a while but maybe he is a 'one in three ' type player, because that has been the case for some time now.

A one in three player is useless to our needs...SILVA OUT?...alongside Mancini, Hart who was at fault, Maybe we shoud buy that Johnson kid, he looked good.

Of course it was, it could have killed him!

Is there ever a point at which you'll say, "Bugger me Dodge, you've been right all along"?
Perhaps when the League title has meandered away from us completely. If we end up falling out of the cup early stages? When we bow out of Europe early again next season (if we even qualify) End of next season, if he's blown it again maybe? Cos all the things I've said, ARE happening. There is no sign he knows how to change it. There is becoming less and less for Mancini lickers to hang their hat on. More and more are having it dawn on them. You will catch up too one day ;-)

We are certainly not in a good place at the moment.Way way behind the points position we should be,playing poorly while other teams behind us are looking good and worst of all the scum scoring for fun and winning.

But to have a big negative Silva thread is out of order.OK he isn't playing that well but that's more the result of the team playing poorly than just Silva. He is quality end of.

Agree with you?....Maybe one day (possibly soon) as some tasty blonde nurse is scrubbing my then inactive nether regions in the care home, she may just hear me mutter incoherently, some post or other of yours about Mancini. Hopefully that will be the signal for my medication....:-)
When I read your post about ice hockey power plays,I thought "Ker...fuclin...ching,...tinkle tinkle tinkle...finally the penny had dropped and you would now be able to move beyond the Mancini brick wall you have built in your head and move onto a proper debate. Sadly, it appears not.
Not to worry Mate...I will have caught up with you soon and when I do, you will find that I am a lap (or possibly 2) in front of you.

Go back to thinking ice hockey power plays, or even why a battered boxer makes his body small, dips his chin behind his gloves and covers up. You may want to consider why hedgehogs curl up or why tortoises retreat into their shells. Then think why they do it.

I gave you some clues after the Reading game and that wasn't Mancini's fault either.

That I found funny Mate....:-)

As a player, Mancini played 545 senior level games, he represented Italy 36 times over a period of 10 years. As a player,he won 2 Seria As, 6 Copa Italias, 1 Supercoppa Italiana and 1 UeFA Cup Winners Cup.
As manager, he has won 3 Serie As, 4 Copa italias,1 Supercoppa Italiana, the FA Cup, Community Shield and the Premier league.

But as brilliant a train driver as you may be, thinking you know more about football than Mancini?.......
....and you think I'm nuts?....:-)

To be fair John, I've never quite understood how I've never had 'the call'. I'd sort that mess out in no time.
