for purely footballing reasons, all 3 are better off where they are aren't they?

Parkinson - stay, Blackpool is run by a skinflint
Hooper - go without doubt. Any move from Celtic is a move upwards
Graham - stay.

Actually on topic for me a move to blackpool from Bradford is a no brainer.

The others not so much. I know Scottish football is shite, but playing in Europe every season surely must mean something?
