2 choices today as I think it would be a one way in favour of Zab ;-)

I think Lescott has had a good game, Dzeko's done some decent stuff and Garcia has worked hard. Panti's not done too bad either.

I'm surprised the poll has more than one choice... Special mention to Lemons and his quality timewasting though.

Not a tough one as Zaba was good all round but to score the winner like that after winning the ball back in our half is typical of the man.

Another clean sheet well earned. Very good from Lescott,Barry and Garcia.Just a shame that all the good work going forward didn't include the final ball or shot.

Went for Barry as 2nd choice, I think he is pulling some monumental performances with the absence of Yaya.

I voted Kola and Garcia.

On a serious note though I'm happy to say I was very wrong about Barry. He's a very good footballer. He has his flaws like the rest of the players but he reads the game well and breaks up play.

Also, how good of an actual footballer has Zaba become since being here? When he came he just used to lunge in to challenges but now he's an actual footballer who'll probably head a brick. Loved his celebration today. When he retires keep him around the club 100%

Zabba.

But I thought Barry, Garcia & Lescott did a fantastic job breaking up the rugby.

First things first, make sure he retires as a City player.

That's my view as well Doug. Some great work until we got in front of goal. It didn't help with their 9 man defence but at least we still got through them, mainly in the first half. Once Pulis decided he might have a pop at the end their legs dropped a little which allowed us to capitalise.

Some really good work from the defence, near enough cancelled out all their attacking intent and stopped anything they had from set pieces.

I wasn't a massive Zabba fan QPR aside. Mainly as I thought he was a good defender who was very effective at breaking up play and getting possession back, but offered nothing when he advanced. We often found him high out right and he'd get the ball and it'd either break down or the final delivery would be poor.

Now though? The man is fucking awesome and is even starting to add goals to his game. Excellent player and like someone said, I'd like more argies about the place if the 3 we have are anything to go by.

Zabba is the obvious choice but Panti did well with some of the high balls, something Hart does not do. Lescott and Clichy were solid and Dzeko deserves a mention for his overall contribution and for his assist !

That's the thing with Zaba he works very hard and just gets better. No doubt at all that his attacking play wasn't a strength. He was getting there but the final thing was often not great but he has got better and better at it working very well with Silva and Milner. Now he is actually good with his attacking and scoring goals as well.

Zabba obv. I thought Tevez's workrate was tireless again today and some of the link up with Silva was a joy to watch at times

Even though he's got a lot of stick, Dzeko did well against two big bully boy 'defenders'. Not MOTM material but worth a mention.

Zabba edged for me it with the goal but JAvi Garcia was really good today imo. Did his job both in midfield and at the back today. he has improved quite a lot since the start of the season now that he's more used to the pace of the game
Barry was good too and although Panties between the sticks make me nervous he did well.

Zabba for the goal, and the manner in which he won the ball in the first place. He really is edging towards legend status. He can really dominate a game when he's on song. I thought Dave is continuing his fine form of late. He put half a dozen passes through the eye of a needle today and got better as the game went on. Nobody had a poor game really, although panti looked a bit suspect for the first fifteen minutes or so. His kicking is poor tho.
