Spot on the late Ken Woolstenholme used to say TV commentating is easier than radio as the public can see what's happening so you don't need to tell them as much detail and can keep quiet when need be

Without sounding like a twat. Liverpool out played us for most of the game, and played some great football. City on the other hand started very flat, and had no answers to either sturridge or Gerrard. It's time we stopped acting like the twats in stretford and gave our opponents some credit

Although it wasn't a good result, it was all we deserved.

this isn't a thread about the performance of the two teams.... for what it's worth, i agree that liverpool played better than us.

it's about tyler's ass licking of liverpool. from before kick off he had his cock out wanking and was over them. at one point he referred to downing as stuey ffs... partisan commentary is fine when england are playing or when we're watching british teams in europe.... it's unacceptable in a league game.

Its not aimed at you, although we know Tyler's a cunt, most commentators don't like us, so they'res not much options out there. Niall Quinn spouts shite most of the time, like one poster said turn down the volume.

I will never watch a re run of the game with the sound on so as not to put myself through it, having not suffered it yet.

I'm dreading actually stumbling upon any of these smug fuckers until after Liverpool lose to someone like Wigan (which they will), then I can put the sound back on.
