Let's hope so.
I'll have to wait for the outcome as I saw the list on the right & got hijacked by Beyonce in that outfit. I'm also tempted to find out who's richard the third they are dna analysing in the top story.

What's the betting they find out that QPR were involved in the last game of last season? Typical City.

In my eyes, phil dowd was responsible for the Charity Shield.
Apparently a Champions League game played in England is under investigation.

What went on at the end of Ajax at home had "Bent" written all over it.

I started a thread "corruption in the PL?" at the end of last season. Some very suspicious goalkeeping from Fulop which allowed Arsenal to overtake Spurs for a CL place and some very dodgy officials decisions from Foy and his team to condemn Bolton to relegation.
It would be nice if the cheaters were brought to justice.

correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure these investigations have centred on matches up to and including the 2010/2011 season?

I would not mention names if I were any of you. Not only is it unfair to label individuals as 'bent' without proof, it is potentially libellous and this is a public forum.
Let's just hope that this disgrace comes nowhere near our club.

On the strength of that, I will not mention any names in the two rags games we have just seen v Fulham (where it seemed like Fulham deliberately handled the ball twice in their own box at OT, then the lights went out at the cottage & a Fulham player almost scored two own goals in the same game).

I think it is a useful public service to identify suspicous behaviour and games.
I agree you must be careful with the language used.

I did wonder but the second OG I couldn't imagine him being able to do on purpose.

I'd plump for the Chelsea v Barca game when Drogba went mental. Not a fan of Chelsea but that was possibly the most blatent 12th man ref performance that I've ever witnessed

the more i read about this, the more it sounds like this is going to be more about bent officials than teams/players...
this isn't juve/marseille wanting to win honours, this is slimy far eastern gangsters wanting to make a quick buck...

I can't see it being any other game but that one!!! It was so blatant no wonder Drogba went mental.
