Doug, that was surely an individual issue. Wasn't it?

no idea why people even rave about him anyway city's slowest player and one of the slowest in the pl.

likes to pass the ball sidewards a lot too and also in to his own net.

Why Bob did not sub him , that is what i do not get, i think he wont to be sub after that sublime finish on wrong goal.

Barry's pedestrian pace contributes to our painfully slow build up.

on the list of players who should have been substituted he would be about 7th on the list. he wasn't the worst of the lot at least he tried. can't say that for some

As I had family commitments today, I could only follow the game on text messages from mates. It got to the point that I thought the England players in the team were trying to get Mancini the sack. However, of all those culpable, Barry is one who has earned enough brownie points to be forgiven an off day.

Agreed.Barry has been excellent for City and today's game was way out of character and I hope it was just one of those things with nothing underlying it. But if it was going to happen it would be in a game where the opposition is full of energy and in or faces

Because he was by far the worst of a bad lot in my opinion.

Hart and Silva were also shite but Barry took shite to a whole new level.

Then u my friend are blind, and if u think that i will defend Edin , u are wrong he was shit to. I only defend him when i think people are to harsh, like any other player, but yesterday i have no one to defend. They where all utter crap .And i agree with Barry most games hes good, Nasri is crap all the time so u have point there , but Champions playing like that , it must be something wrong in the team.

If only he was as composed when facing the oppositions goal. That og is up there with Jamie Pollocks. Barry for Southampton player of the year.

Yaya should have started on the bench. A big mistake made by Roberto yesterday .

Why? Honest question.

Not like the midfield against Liverpool shone is it?

Well, he's been missing for six weeks and i think it shows respect to those that have carried the team during that period to let them continue. You can always ease one player back into the team, slowly.

I know i would be pissed off if the manager dropped me for someone who had been on a six week jolly. Especially since before he buggered off his form had already dipped in preparation for the African jolly. It sends the wrong signals to players. Some can do what they want and still play. Poor old James was the scapegoat for this yesterday. Good lad Jim , just gets on with it.

Yaya needs to understand he has to pull his finger out , every game.

We didn't lose a single game whilst he was away, why should he come straight back into the team?

Plenty of City fans are saying that Nasri should not have started in place of Milner, maybe they are right, but why should Yaya start in place of Milner?
