With the performance at Southampton , there also seems to be a news black out from within MCFC of what actually went on in the dressing room after the match ?

Can anyone shed any light on this and what REALLY went on or didnt go on ?

Some are suggesting the players had a meeting in the dressing room etc but the rag media love to stick the knife in when these situations happen.

I mean how do the players 'have a meeting' in the dressing room ? They would be in the dressing room anyway, getting changed. I imagine they would normall speak, perhaps even occasionally have a post match row, whilst they were doing it. How is that any different ?

That performance looked like more than just a few players having a bad game. The only game I can think of which looked similar was Bayern away when Tevez had his paddy. Things didn't seem right throughout that game, not just around the substitutions.

The truth may come out, but it looked more like there had been a problem before the game rather than after it. Whether there is any link to Tevez heading home again, time will tell.

If is was in the benefit of the doubt giving mood I would suggest that Mancini's comments about not getting 6 players back til Thursday and 5 til friday would probably have had an effect. Especially when you add a train journey to Southampton on top of that.

There are suggestions from the press that the players want Vieira to take over and that Mancini didn't even enter the dressing room after the game. The MUEN is crowing that Dzeko, Barry, Hart & Nasri will be dropped on Sunday and the another paper is suggesting that Silva will now walk out of the club.

Its not paranoia if they are actually out to get you

Reckon the players heard the whisper about Bobby leaving to become Pope. These things happen....

Well, Panti plays in the cup games, would expect the others to be "rested" especially if Tevez starts. I wouldn't read too much into it, there are always ructions in any team that loses like we did on Saturday - in fact, I'd be disappointed if there wasn't.

Has it been comfirmed that Tevez went to Argentina? Is that what you mean by "headed home"?

I heard Chicken Licken and Henny Penny gave the players a right good rollicking in the showers post match.

I was at that game in Munich, there was nothing other than Tevez's wobbly to suggest anything wrong based on the teams performance. Edin got a bit miffed but so what. Now the ref that day was very questionable. two very clear penalties denied in the first half

From everything I've seen or heard he did, but it was sanctioned by the club. Not another disappearing act. Official line anyway, so should take at face value. No idea what the problem was, but just seems odd it happened just before a performance like that. Probably no link, but still no explanation for the performance by pretty much the whole team

A) the performance and attitude of the team
Or
B) surrendering any chance of regaining the PL title.

I think A. If we lose the title, but our players are giving everything, then I can just about cope with that (and I mean just). But losing the title and playing like they don't give a shit worries me. Not just now, but for the future. It screams uncertainty and I thought those days were behind us.

There were more players than Tevez looking disgruntled that day but not from the kick off tbf but later it became obvious that something other than usual was wrong & the players looked uncomfortable. That feeling was there at Southampton but it seemed to be there from the start. It could be as simple as concern for Tevez' family, but it could be something else.

But I still expect us to chase them down whilst we can. Once it's mathematically certain, I'd be happy to see the likes of Suarez or Guidetti play every week to give them valuable experience, providing it doesn't affect other things ie a top 3 finish.

But that performance was a shambles. On a par with Sven's last game and if they'd had a forward, the score line could have been similar. And that's what's annoying and worrying.

They weren't as good as us last season but nearly won it. They are better than us in attack this season & we have dropped our standards.

That being admitted, no way are they good enough that they should be winning 21 out of 26 games. The rest of the Premier League should be as upset as we are about this as they have all let themselves down allowing those cunts such an easy ride, just like we have.
