To be honest, he's right. The Premier League and ref's were supposed to give him maximum points, so yeah, he's right.

I'm glad the European refs aren't handing everything to em! It was funny watching em all spit their dummy out at the end of the Madrid game.

I think he has no sense of history. His comment said they'd been doing it for 25 years, does he now think the Premier League started in 1987? Or that they were winning for those five missing years?

He is right, luck has nothing to do with it and we are just as "lucky" to be 12 behind as they are of being 12 ahead.
Was a stupid move by Mancini if we are talking rhetorics, but maybe a smart move if it was ment to motivate our boys by emphasising that small factors can change the gap quickly.
We were just as "lucky" winning our title last season as Chelsea were when they won it in april.
