Is this the season for breaking the mental shackles ... Arsenal away, Stoke away (in FA Cup) ... is Everton next?

Ref appointment: Lee Probert has been appointed referee for Everton v Manchester City on 16/03/13.

Oh just realised the game is on my birthday so c'mon City a 3-0 will be a nice present!

They've been inconsistent of late, good opportunity to put them in their place.

Winning on Saturday gets 3 points but the league is gone, so more important is winning in style for the message it will send that City are going to finish the season strongest and will win the Cup. Crushing victory against Everton is overdue.

We also need to keep the rags honest - they usually win it because other teams fall away so badly, they can be shit and still win. Last season was different and look what happened. Let's win all our remaining games. If they still win the league then well done, they've deserved it. But there's still an if...

Mancini's record vs. Everton at Goodison: P3 W0 D0 L3

Mancini's overall record vs. Everton: P7 W1 D1 L5

Mancini's biggest bogey team?

We've done well under Probert since Mancini's tenure. 9 games ref'd, 8 wins and 1 draw, the draw coming against ................ Everton this season.

I feel it's time to get this monkey off our back.

Oh, and Happy Birthday, just in case I miss it ;-)

We will lose our annual game at Goodison and Everton will produce their best performance of the season.

Yup, Fellaini's interview on Sky Sports News a while back said it all ... says, lots of questions about us this week, about manager, about individual players but we are all preparing very hard for this coming weekend and you will see we will show how united and motivated we all are and blah blah blah and that their only focus and target (meaning of their lives) right now is just to beat Man City this weekend.

Fair to assume that with Kompany and Aguero's return, Lescott, Kolo and Edin all go out to the bench for this one?

Hart
Zaba - Kompany - Nasti - Clichy
Barry - Yaya
Milner - Tevez - Silva
Aguero

Would that be our strongest starting XI or would Mancini toy with the idea of playing Nasri in Milner's place and/or Garcia in Barry's?

According to Mercato365, PSG have began negotiations with MCFC playmaker Samir Nasri over a summer move, with City setting a price of around £22million.

That would be fucking brilliant. PSG must be really fucking thick, any chance of a part exchange for Moura?
