Under 21's v Newcastle

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Under 21's v Newcastle

Postby Douglas Higginbottom » Fri Apr 12, 2013 5:31 pm

Not good to lose the match but even worse if Pozo has a really bad injury. He was squealing in pain so it sure doesn't look good.He scored a sweet first goal to which put us ahead.

No way we should have lost the match but you could almost see it coming.Despite having plenty of the ball on a horrible bobbly pitch we struggled to make great use of it and create chances.Guidetti leading the line struggled big time and threading passes on that pitch was never going to be easy. Newcastle pressed quicker and harder in the 2nd half and eventually got breaks which were as much down to our bad defending as anything else.

I just hope Pozo hasn't broken a bone.

I thought we already have had our fair amount of good luck, ffs!

Good luck to Pozo

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!

Stretchered off with his foot in a splint I think. It was the cries of pain that made me think the worst and it's possible he will have been taken straight to hospital.I didn't see oxygen applied but it might have been.

Mard arse - has no one shown him the video of Bert yet?

Hope it's nothing too serious - a break is painful but he'd be back for pre-season

They won't know the extent of the injury till tomorrow at least.I think I follow him on twitter plus others at City. (not sure Pozo tweets anything I can understand)

The OS has confirmed there is no break so I guess that's good news.Just have to wait now to see what is is and how long the recovery is.
