So Panti is playing the FA Cup Final against Wigan in May ... How about giving him this midweek league game against them as well?
Oh, and ref is Anthony Taylor this Wednesday!

I'd like Panti in, my reserve in the FFT has got 10 points. My other subs have got another 16 as well. Bugger!

Hart
Micah Vinnie Lescott Kolarov
Rodwell Garcia
Nasri Yaya Sinclair
Dzeko
Zaba and Clichy to be rested and I think Dzeko starts.
Milner should be rested....and Mancini never rests Yaya.

Can I just add how important I think it is to beat wigan decisively in the run in to the cup final?
Shatter their confidence and let them know we're not to be fucked with.

Sinclair on the bench maybe, but no way starting. Wonder what Doug has to say about this..

I much agree on Yaya: had moaned many times for that.
Tbh, Yaya is more than capable to rest himself even if lined on the pitch: hence the famous and glorious thread.
One said that cannot see much glory from a midfield run by Javi and Rodders alltogether, with Yaya yawning around.
And I better have any of the talents from Academy, rather than Sinclair in a line-up like that.

I would go with
-------------------Hart
Richards-------Kompany---Nastasic----Kolarov
----------------Garcia-----Yaya
Milner---------------Tevez--------------Nasri
---------------------Dzeko

Why change almost half the team compared to the one that played against Chelsea? Micah hasn't played a football match in months...

Because City should stomp Wigan and Zaba has played ALOT of football this year. The fullbacks are almost surely going to be rotated.
Chances we play 3-5-2? or Micah plays CB like he has been for the EDS?

Don't Wigan play 3 at the back?

Don't know if they do it every game but pretty much whenever I've watched them it has been 3 at the back
I wonder will we see two teams playing like that tomorrow?!

I'm not too sure. I think Mancini will want to finish the season with a bang and unless Maicon is fit enough to start I can't see it.
This game will be a marker.

I want wigan to stay up and villa to go down. of course us beating them in the league will fuck them over though, hopefully they will pull through.

I seem to remember us either narrowly beating them or drawing in the last few encounters.
I may be wrong, mind.

3-0 win at home last season and 1-0 win away
2-0 win away this season
We've won our last 6 premier league matches against them in which they haven't scored a single goal

They used to be our bogey team.
