Was shocked to hear. Seems like not long ago they were an established top 10 club in the Premier league. Feel sorry for the fans!

I watch pompey when down there, sad state of affairs. How the Premier League has walked away scott free, tells us all we need to know about the suits running the game.

They used to have players such as Defoe, Johnson, Crouch, Kaboul, Muntari, Boateng James, Distin, Campbell and Yakubu just a few years back.
Ok these aren't all world beaters but just compare that to their squad now. Such a sad story.

Agreed. And now he's working his magic on QPR. £100 thousand-a-week players and relegation on the way.

Its a funny one with Harry. He goes from making shit teams to worse to the verge of CL recognition and almost the England job. Typical english really.

Seems like only yesterday that Pedro Mendes was smashing long range belters in against us. Used to envy them of their players, incredible how times change.
Sad day.

Pompey's plight has got SFA to do with FFP . It's called bad management.

None of whom they could actually afford.

QPR are exactly the same as Pompey were as in they are paying massive wages without the number of fans to be able to afford them.Is it any coincidence that twitchy is in charge of QPR aswell.

Most of those are top 6 quality aswell. It's just startling and a real shame.
