Just over 2 hours to go. Could really do with winning this to at least keep the Rags in line but I'm not so confident we can walk away with 3 points.

AVB says that Bale, Lennon and Defoe are back but are they match fit?

They've had a slump at this time of year on many occassions lately and are now out of the top 4. Is it a case of 'Just not good enough'?

We've done well against them since Mancini took over, can we continue the good form?

All these questions, I think it's going to be a close one and a win would almost certainly guarantee a 2nd place finish and at the same time see Spurs out of the CL race. A very important game.

It's a big one today if we can take the 3 points it's a major step towards cementing 2nd place or you could say will keep alive any slim hopes of cathcing the rags.

They have some very good players and with home advantage it's going to be a difficult game.

Looking forward to getting some team news on both sides, hopefully Bale and Lennon will not be risked but i think Avb will play both if even close to fit.

Just wanted to add that i hope Garcia does not start today.

Someone needs to smash Bale early doors and he'll be out of the game.

It would be but then again I'd prefer them to get in over Arsenal.

I just worry about fatigue today. They may have a few players coming back but they'll just be keeping the fitness ticking over and 2 weeks is a decent rest for their team. We, on the other hand, have had 2 battles and a minor skirmish in that period. Possibly without Sergio and Dave looking to get back, it's going to be a close one.

So glad Ade had something to say this week, at least that will ensure a reaction from ours.

With or without CL, Arsenal will never spend enough to be a threat to us, at least until wanker retires. Spuds have have more ambition and imo are more loathsome.

Please tell me Aguero made the bench, just don't see Dzeko scoring and they will do their best to kick Tevez all over the park.

They are both loathesome but it'd be good to see Arsenal squirm for a year without the CL money. Like last time, Spurs would just bank the money and not upgrade the playing staff so no great change there.

Important to beat theses today to send out a signal that we are a level above the second tier sides. Big ask though, hopefully Bale will be rusty and I hope that twat Adebayor doesn't score
