If it's on twitter it's a done deal.

Those terms seem about right and give the story credibility. Where it loses it is mentioningDzeko in a swap.
Apparently it's been a done deal for a while now and I'm sure we'll find out very soon if it's actually true.
Edit: I think it might be time for an official Transfer thread. The rumours are coming thick and thin now.

...and he will be forced to sign for us while crying tears of frustration holding his raggy scarf his mum knitted for him out of goat hair when he was a boy

According to Wikipedia he is 'a Uruguayan footballer who plays as a forward for Manchester City and the Uruguayan national team.'

I just hope we dont have problems like with Fernandinho, where someone says Cavani is not leaving unless City pays twice the amount others pay

Apparently PSG are chasing him keenly also. They seem to have less regard for FFP compliance than us, (Platini's son works for them!)
Nothing is ever simple for our transfers!

Leave his hair alone! What's with the mane shortage in our squad? Boring buzzcuts & fauxhawks everywhere. Bring back Elano's jewfro!

Twitter pisses me off with all the so called ITK's when it's probably more likely to be some spotty 13 year old twat trying to get retweets cos he doesn't get enough attention.
Cavani would be nice though.

I understand Cavani is off to the rags. They've offered him the Minimum Wage and he's says he's more than happy with it, given he came through their academy anyway.

if madcini is even thinking of spending 41 mil on a buyout clause on that brazilian kid, i'd rather him put that amount towards cavani tbh.
