Anyone from Manc driving down Friday night?

It's my birthday on Cup Final day, and I have an offer of a lift, but they don't want to get there while 2/3pm (Green Man).
I'm worried that the pub won't be letting in by then, and I'd rather spend more of a day of it with my brother and sister and mates, than turn up in London for less time than it takes to drive there/back and then go straight home (to be back for the STUPIDLY TIMED WEDDING OF MY BLUE MATE ON THE SUNDAY IN MANC -NOB!).
Will chip in for petty etc...
And I have a lift back sorted for after the game...

It seems a solution has presented itself that doesn't involve going down Friday, but setting off early on Sat.

No mate, all I know is, we're being towed most of the way in a glider; we deploy from 30,000 feet and aim to ram-raid The Green Man at 1226 hours.
