Wigan are the underdogs and if they weren't playing us then I'd be supporting the little team (with a decent manager) rather than the likes of Chelsea/Arsenal etc.

No, mate, our recent 'success' is the reason he's so bitter in the first place. I remember reading something along the lines of "the club is not the same anymore" or other such bollox from him. If he thinks that a new ownership is reason enough to turn his back on MCFC, he can fuck right off.
